Accidental Death, Dismemberment and Medical Care Insurance Policy via CDAoA
Highlights Include:

CDAoA membership includes a $10,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment Plan and a $5,000 Medical Accident Plan.

Covers Active members and all family members under age 70. Family is defined as spouse under age 70 and children up to age 19. Coverage is extended to children up to age 25 if they are a full-time college student. (Subject to state regulations)
